Kitchissippi resident Katherine Hobbs is hoping voters will elect her to city council, to represent her home ward. The municipal election will take place Oct. 25.
EMC News Longtime Kitchissippi resident Katherine Hobbs filled election papers recently, launching her campaign to represent the ward at city hall.
